Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Deliver patient-centered care through individualized treatment plans and one-on-one sessions in a hospital-based outpatient setting. Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and educate patients and families on recovery goals. Document evaluations and outcomes accurately while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements. Schedule includes 8-hour day or evening shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 5:30. New graduates are welcome to apply with mentorship and training available.
