Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Deliver one-on-one sessions and educate patients on recovery goals, adjusting treatment plans based on monitored progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices. Work in a hospital-based outpatient setting at CMME Orthopedics in Auburn, ME, with an 8-hour day/evening shift running 7:30 to 5:30 weekdays. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply for mentorship and training opportunities within the Central Maine Healthcare system.
