Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Evaluate, treat, and restore patient function through individualized physical therapy sessions in a hospital-based outpatient setting. Deliver one-on-one care while developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating families on recovery goals. Document evaluations and outcomes accurately while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Practice hours run 7 to 5:30 weekdays with a therapist-driven schedule and no double booking. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome to apply for mentorship and training opportunities within Central Maine Healthcare's integrated delivery system.
