Job Summary
Evaluate, treat, and restore function for patients in outpatient physical therapy sessions, delivering individualized care through one-on-one interactions. Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed while educating patients on recovery goals. Document all evaluations and outcomes accurately and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
