Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Evaluate, treat, and restore function for patients in outpatient physical therapy settings through individualized assessments and one-on-one sessions. Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability. Educate patients and families on recovery goals while documenting outcomes accurately and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements. New graduates are welcome to apply with mentorship and training available.
