Physical Therapist (Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus)

Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and restore function while improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Perform patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate patients and families on recovery goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and patient safety standards. Deliver one-on-one sessions in a hospital-based outpatient setting with no double booking.
