Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Determine treatment plans and perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing patient well-being. Evaluate patient progress throughout the course of care. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, and a Physical Therapist license upon hire. Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology
- Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school
- PT - Physical Therapist
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- current driver's license
