Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs regarding functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and medical conditions to determine treatment plans. Perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing patient well-being, then evaluate patient progress. Maintain a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Obtain a Physical Therapist license and CPR certification upon hire. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology
- Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school
- PT - Physical Therapist
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- current driver's license

- access to a dependable vehicle
