Physical Therapist

Industrial prevention-focused Physical Therapist role delivering on-site injury prevention and preventive care for industrial workers. Responsibilities include conducting pre-employment screenings, body mechanics training and job coaching, early intervention and ergonomic assessments, implementing wellness and work simulation programs, ensuring health and safety compliance, executing on-site prevention programs, promoting health initiatives, collaborating with HR/safety/management, and tracking program metrics. Requires certification in athletic training or PT/OTA/PTA, strong communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work full-time on-site in Columbus, OH. Shift typically 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday with variable times based on client needs.
