Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and lead functional mobility and gait training for medically complex and post-surgical patients. Document progress in the EMR, educate patients and families, and actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning. Contribute to quality and safety initiatives within a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports continuing education and professional growth.
