Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Guide patients through exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility while educating them on injury prevention and pain management strategies. Monitor progress throughout the treatment process to optimize functional abilities and help clients regain independence in daily life. Identify and meet individual patient goals and needs. Work 8am-4:30pm shifts in a facility in Bourne, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy License in MA
- at least 1 year of experience
