Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans for those with substance abuse disorders. Administer various physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function while monitoring and documenting progress to adjust plans as needed. Educate patients and families on proper techniques and exercises, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards. Requires a valid state license, minimum two years of clinical experience, and clinical maturity for a 35-hour week with weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Clinical maturity and confidence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
