Physical Therapist

Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and reduce pain. Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, gait training, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Document progress in electronic health records and communicate treatment updates to patients and referring physicians. Maintain certification and stay current with clinical guidelines.
