Job Summary
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start. Work flexible schedules including 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts from 0900-1730, with evening coverage until 7:30pm two evenings weekly. Utilize the Raintree EMR system for documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings
- Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
