Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Glasgow, KY. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, documenting in approved formats, and ensuring regulatory and payer compliance. Must hold a Kentucky PT license, have recent outpatient experience, and be able to supervise therapy assistants and students. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient physical therapy experience in last 3 years
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students
- Complete state-required continuing education
