Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy in an outpatient physician-owned clinic in Woodbridge, VA, focusing on orthopedic, post-operative, and sports-related conditions. Deliver care in a 1:1 model supported by a rehab aide/tech, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, and document using TheraOffice and Ocupro EMR. Assignment includes travel as a PT contractor with scheduling that may include varied hours; clinic hours typically 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday, with potential early-day blocks and schedule adjustments. Suitable for licensed PT with active Virginia license and preferred 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience; BLS may be required; benefits include housing options and travel/license reimbursement potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred with outpatient orthopedics, post-operative care, general MSK conditions, or sports injuries
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with physicians and patients and to collaborate with other disciplines
- Comfort using electronic medical records. Experience with TheraOffice and/or Ocupro is preferred
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
