Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a skilled nursing facility in Helena, MT. Deliver rehabilitative care aimed at improving functional outcomes and quality of life while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective care delivery. Maintain documentation consistent with facility schedules for a 36-hour guaranteed work week during the assignment. This role contributes to continuity of care in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Montana physical therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute rehabilitation
- Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing settings
- Prior travel therapy experience
