Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in Metamora, IL. You will deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support recovery and functional independence for residents. The role requires an Illinois PT license, a PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral), BLS, and willingness to work in a SNF with post-acute care and geriatric populations. Prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with post-acute documentation systems are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment

- Experience with documentation systems in post-acute care preferred
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience treating geriatric populations and post-operative care preferred
