Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in Christian, Trigg, Caldwell, and Lyon counties. Maintain a schedule of 32 hours per week from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Hold a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and Home Health experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- Home Health experience
