Job Summary
Outpatient physical therapy role for traveling clinician in Bethel, ME. Provide evaluation and development/implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with documentation duties, supervision of therapy services, and involvement in student clinical education. Requires active Maine PT license, experience in outpatient PT, and adherence to state practice acts; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Maine state license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
- Competence in comprehensive evaluation, goal writing, documentation, and use of clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans
- Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including letters of medical necessity and charge entry
- Adherence to professional codes of conduct and state practice acts. Maintain required continuing education
