Job Summary
Traveling Physical Therapist role, delivering therapy to patients in a skilled nursing facility, with opportunities to float to other client facilities. Responsible for helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, documenting per facility/state requirements, and maintaining immunizations/health screenings. Requires a PT degree and active NJ license, BLS likely required, and experience with adult/geriatric caseloads. Shift is Days, 5x8 schedule, with housing and travel/licensing reimbursement offered; comprehensive benefits and recruiter support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey PT license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
