Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Manage a caseload of 56 to 32 patients using the NetHealth/PCC EMR system. Maintain an active state license and provide BLS certification as required. This assignment supports patient care nationwide through Jackson Therapy Partners, offering full-time pay, benefits, and relocation assistance for travel contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- Must no longer require supervision
Desired Qualifications
