Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide home health PT across Lycoming County, PA. Responsibilities include completing starts of care, conducting initial and ongoing evaluations, and delivering routine physical therapy visits in patients' homes. You will document care in the agency EMR and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care. Shift hours are 0800–1600 with a 32-hour weekly guarantee; travel between patient visits is reimbursed by mileage. No on-call or weekend requirements. Eligible candidates have PA licensure in good standing, BLS (per standard), and prior home health experience; familiarity with HomeCare Home Base EMR is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience required
