Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in new locations. Manage assignments with 8-hour shifts and no weekend requirements. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited school. Complete BLS certification as required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- 2 years PT experience in LTC setting
