Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Scottsboro, AL. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Assignment details include guaranteed 36 hours, up to 40 hours with overtime by director approval, and travel-team options between nearby clinics. Eligible candidates include licensed Physical Therapists with Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degrees in Physical Therapy from ACOTE/CAPTE-accredited programs. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an ACOTE- or CAPTE-accredited program
- Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required prior to start
- Must not be a PTA; position requires a licensed Physical Therapist
- New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered
- Experience managing productivity targets and high patient volume preferred; clinic expects approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day (preferred)
