Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide skilled inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital setting in Lodi, CA. Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function while supporting department objectives and serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care. Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent and an active California PT license; BLS certification; recent EPIC and Cerner experience to support an EPIC conversion. Shift: Day shift, 40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule. Start date is firm with no requests for time off during the assignment. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy license in California required to start the assignment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from an approved vendor per facility policy
- EPIC and Cerner experience required
- Two years’ PT experience preferred
- Experience in inpatient hospital physical therapy preferred
- Two years’ physical therapy experience preferred
- No return-to-office (RTO) requirement as specified by the client
