Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to provide home health therapy across Mifflin and Juniata counties; treat injuries and manage chronic conditions while traveling between patient visits; requires PA PT license and BLS; home health experience and familiarity with HCHB and OASIS preferred; 32-hour weekly guarantee; travel between patient visits reimbursed; 100% paid housing and comprehensive benefits; supportive recruiter network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS preferred
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree
- Must hold a valid PT license
