Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide rehabilitation and therapies for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Lacey, WA. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, utilizing modalities and equipment such as parallel bars, gait training tools, and ADL kitchen/bathroom training environments, partnering with rehab techs, and contributing to high-volume patient care. Must hold a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) and an active WA PT license; BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care settings preferred
- Experience with outpatient-style gym equipment and modalities preferred
- Ability to work with a high-volume skilled patient population and collaborate with rehab techs preferred
