Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a Home Health setting located in Nutley, NJ. Perform core PT duties including start of care, patient evaluations, revisits, re-evaluations, and discharges across assigned Newark/Nutley/Belleville/Bloomfield service area with travel between patient homes. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral) and an active New Jersey PT license. BLS certification may be required. Experience with HCHB and PointClickCare is preferred. Shift is days (08:00–16:00) with a 30-hour weekly guarantee; mileage reimbursement provided; 100% paid housing where applicable; travel licensing reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred
- Experience with HCHB and PointClickCare (PointCare) required
- Ability to perform start of care, patient evaluations, revisits, re-evaluations, and discharges
- Must be comfortable with a home health dress code; navy blue scrubs preferred
