Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide rehabilitation services to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on injury recovery and chronic condition management. Maintain documentation in the Net Health EMR and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning to promote functional improvement for residents. Manage a high-volume geriatric caseload and support quality and safety initiatives. Rotate through a travel assignment with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; 35 guaranteed hours per week; benefits and housing assistance provided where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric caseloads preferred.
- Experience with Net Health EMR preferred.
- Current professional resume required for submission.
