Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in Elkhart, IN with Jackson Therapy Partners. Provides patient rehabilitation in Home Health settings, delivering up-to-date care for injuries and chronic conditions. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and an active state license, BLS may be required, plus experience in Home Health and with HCHB and Oasis. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with full benefits, including 100% paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, relocation assistance, and a variety of contract options (direct hire, temp-to-hire, travel). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in Home Health is required
- Experience with HCHB and Oasis is required
