Job Summary
Traveling Physical Therapist role providing home health services across Summersville, WV and surrounding counties. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, traveling between patient homes, participating in on-call rotations with weekend coverage, and documenting care electronically. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Bachelor’s degree acceptable if candidate meets state licensure requirements
- Active WV Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain WV licensure prior to start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred (may be required prior to start)
- Minimum clinical experience providing home health services or outpatient/home care experience preferred
- Experience managing caseloads across geographically distributed patient visits and documenting care electronically
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation appropriate for home health travel within Fayette and Nicholas counties
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation as the program scales; weekend coverage rotates among therapists
