Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Competency in evaluating and treating geriatric populations, including fall risk assessment and restorative therapy (preferred)
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems (preferred)
