Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for Home Health assignments in Franklin, IN and the Bloomington/Bedford area. Enjoy full-time pay with benefits and relocation assistance while delivering patient care across diverse home-health settings. Requires a PT degree (BS/MS/Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program, active state license, and BLS may be required; prior home health experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Previous Home Health experience
