Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a new location. Deliver care Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, with no on-call or weekend requirements. Achieve a productivity target of 30 points for 40 hours, while potentially supporting other areas within the office radius if needed. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA-approved school.
