Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility as part of travel contractions. The PT will assess, plan, and supervise rehabilitation to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, employing a range of PT modalities. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active state license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
