Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Twin Falls, ID. Join a traveling PT team to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions; responsibilities include providing PT services, developing/restorative mobility programs, and using common therapeutic modalities. Documentation in electronic medical records and Medicare skilled documentation standards are emphasized. Requires PT degree and active state license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active State Physical Therapy license (ID or compact license valid for assignment)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records and Medicare skilled documentation standards preferred
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and mobility/therapeutic modalities preferred
- Reliable professional references
- Minimum years of experience may be requested by the client; prepared to provide detailed work history
