Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Laconia, NH at a skilled nursing facility. Provide rehabilitative care and therapy to geriatric residents, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and use outcome-driven approaches to support recovery and functional improvement. Requires PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) and NH license, BLS may be required, and willingness to float to sister locations as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Willingness to float to a sister skilled nursing location as needed
