Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Deliver 40 hours weekly across Tuesday and Thursday 10-hour shifts, Friday 12pm–6pm, Saturday 10-hour shift, and Sunday 8am–12pm, with weekend assignments required. Maintain active state licensure and current American Heart Association BLS certification. Submit all licenses and certificates upon application. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission
- 40 hours per week
- Tuesday and Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: 12pm - 6pm
- Saturday: 10-hour shift
- Sunday: 8am - 12pm
- Weekend requirement: every weekend
- Schedule includes Mondays and Wednesdays off
