Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Evaluate and treat clients while documenting progress in electronic medical records. Supervise PT assistants and aides as experience permits. Maintain an active California Physical Therapist license and hold a BLS certification. Complete a 4x10 day shift schedule for a 13-week assignment starting June 30, 2026, in Stockton, CA. Gain flexibility and professional growth through travel contract placement with housing and license reimbursement support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Candidates must hold or obtain a PT license in the state where they will work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat patients for rehabilitation programs, including documentation in an electronic medical record
- Experience supervising PT assistants and aides preferred
