Job Summary
Conduct outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care per clinic and payer guidelines. Provide patient education and mentor students or junior staff where preferred. Maintain active Pennsylvania licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Work a 5x8 schedule including two evening shifts for a 13-week assignment in Chalfont, PA. Follow facility float policies within the regional network as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient ortho or general orthopedic physical therapy experience
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer guidelines
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required
- Level 2 background screening
