Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel contract in Norway, ME. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, providing discipline-specific direction, supervising or mentoring students, and documenting care in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards. Priorities include patient and family education, participation in student training, and contributing to safety/quality initiatives. Requires Maine PT license and BLS; outpatient experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Active Maine Physical Therapy license
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification may be required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
