Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in Danvers, MA at a skilled nursing facility. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, manage caseloads and document per facility and payer requirements, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Shift: Days, 08:30–16:30 (5x8). Travel and license reimbursement available; paid housing options; recruiter support. EEO/AA employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience providing physical therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, document per facility and payer requirements, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Current professional liability insurance as required by the facility or employer preferred
