Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain active state licensure and complete required HealthStream modules prior to assignment start. Work flexible 4x10 schedules with evening coverage until 7:30pm Monday through Friday. Utilize Raintree EMR for documentation and adhere to APTA-accredited degree requirements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- Open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
- HealthStream modules
- New graduates not accepted
