Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in an outpatient setting in Warwick, NY. Maintain an active New York State PT license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited APTA-approved program. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Required Qualifications
