Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a skilled nursing facility setting. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program. Provide care during shifts running from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including one weekend day in the regular schedule. Required Qualifications
