Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services for residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Madawaska, ME. Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, develop and implement therapy plans, and collaborate with the care team. Requires an approved Physical Therapy degree (PT) and active Maine PT license (or eligibility to obtain), BLS certification, and experience in SNF settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA
- Active Maine PT license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
