Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health in Epping, NH providing assessment, treatment, and patient education to support recovery from injury and chronic condition management in community-based/home settings. Requires Master’s in Physical Therapy with NH license and BLS; a home-health background is preferred. Clinic hours 08:00–16:00 (08:00–16:30 sometimes referenced); weekly hours guaranteed 32–40; mileage reimbursement for travel between visits; 100% paid housing options and travel/license reimbursement; benefits designed for travelers including medical and 401(k) matching; recruiter support available.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred; must be able to work in patient homes and community settings
- Experience with HCHB EMR preferred
