Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Garden Grove, CA. Provide geriatric PT care and contribute to patient recovery while documenting in electronic medical records. Must hold an active CA Physical Therapist license and BLS certification (may be required). Shift is Days, five 8-hour shifts per week with guaranteed 35 hours. Travel benefits include 100% paid housing and travel/license reimbursement. Opportunities to work in a SNF setting with potential direct hire/temp-to-hire options and nationwide mobility in rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred
- Ability to treat geriatric patients and manage common SNF caseloads preferred
