Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience providing therapy services in skilled nursing and long-term care (Part B) settings
- Experience managing a daily caseload of more than 10 patients during evaluations
- Ability to meet productivity requirements of 85–90%
- Flexible professional appearance consistent with facility dress code
